Shipping and Returns


Free shipping is provided by all brands on the site with a minimum purchase of their products.  Please make sure you read each brand’s shipping and delivery details as they all differ.  We pass on each order to our individual brands, which package your order and ship directly to you.  If you have ordered from more than one brand you will receive your purchase in different parcels. 

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify immediately at We will make arrangements for the carrier to pick-up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

We do not accept orders on out-of-stock items.  However, we do let our customers know as soon as an out-of-stock item is back in stock.  This is communicated by email and via the newsletter.


We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return within 30 days the product(s) for a refund amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.  Please email us at to advise us of your intended return.  We will provide you a mailing label and will inform that particular brand of your request.  Your return is to be sent directly to the brand.  Once the brand has received your return the brand will provide you a refund or a store credit, at your direction.
